We at Hagen Aqua Private Limited are pleased to introduce ourselves as the largest producer of UF toilet seat covers in India.

Who We are?

At Hagen Aqua Private Limited, we are proud to be India's largest producer of Duro Plast toilet seats, with a production capacity exceeding 90,000 units per month. As industry leaders, we are committed to delivering durable, high-quality products. Our Exclusive Duro Plast Toilet Seat combines durability, style, and comfort, making it a preferred choice for residential and commercial spaces. Strategically located in western Gujarat, near a major port, we ensure timely deliveries for our national and international clients. Since 2019, we have continually expanded our capabilities, adding new machinery to meet growing demand and set the benchmark for quality and innovation in the industry.

Our Highlights

Currently, we have over 10 different models with a net weight ranging from 2.2 kgs to 2.8 kgs, using two-button quick install and release dampers. The hinges used are SS 304 rotatable sets with stainless steel covers, and silicon-based buffers are fixed on the buffer fixing pins. We have imported the press machines from China, all of which are 600T pressure machines. Our raw material, specifically UF powder, is also imported from China, while the rest of the accessories and packing material are sourced locally. Tooling is done both from China and locally. Our plant employs over 100 people and includes our own lab where we check the load-bearing, soft-close mechanism, and other parameters. Recently, we have started manufacturing black/white matte finish seats covers.

Our objective

There is a good awareness among the buyers and traders for Duro Plast toilet seats in the last 2 years. The conversion is definitely picking up and this shift is also witnessed in institutional sales as well. We are seeing a good demand arising in near future for Duro Plast Toilet seats so we plan to install more machines and add more moulds to our arsenal to make ourselves competitive and make sure we have enough capacity to mitigate the rising demand. We are more than happy to make moulds as per your requirement and if the quantities are good enough we can dedicate certain production capacities or add new machines if the need be.

our Site Location

Our site is located in the western part of Gujarat, which is a hub for sanitaryware manufacturers, making our location more significant with two ports, Kandla and Mundra, in the vicinity of 50-90 kms, making it advantageous for supplies to the Middle East and other Asian countries. There are also two domestic airports, Kandla and Bhuj, within 40-70 kms, and the area is very well connected to road and rail transport as well.

Our strategic location in the western part of Gujarat, close to the port, offers us a significant logistical advantage, particularly for our export operations. This proximity to major shipping routes enables us to efficiently serve our international clients, ensuring timely deliveries and reducing transit times.

We embarked on our journey into the production of UF seat covers just three years ago, starting with two machines. Since then, we have continually invested in expanding our capabilities, adding new machines each year to keep pace with the growing demand for our products.
